Our team of skilled experts coordinates care, providing nursing services, physical therapy, speech therapy, IV care and social services. We use advanced electronic charting systems to track progress and treatments in real time, resulting in better care in your own home. To ensure patients receive the attention they need between visits, we focus on educating both our patients and families​ on the personalized care pathway that is tailored to their needs.​​

Our Veteran Services locations are licensed by the state in which they operate and certified by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. We work in conjunction with the Department of Veterans Services to provide comprehensive, around-the-clock care to aged and infirm veterans. PruittHealth Veteran Services offers skilled nursing, medical, dental, dietary, psychological, therapeutic and other forms of care.

PruittHealth Community Services offers seniors fellowship, exercise and care in a safe and secure environment. A welcome respite for caregivers and recipients alike, our adult day health programming includes gardening, recreational games, art, woodworking, off-site outings and more. Patients are able to connect with peers and pursue individual hobbies. Light, family-style meals and snacks are provided, and services such as house cleaning, errands and home care assistance are available.
