Billing FAQ

Q: How am I billed for this service?

A: There is no cost for using this payment site.

Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?

A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date.  Please keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.

Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?

A: You will receive immediate confirmation that the payment was successful upon completion. That confirmation can be printed and will also be emailed. 

Q: Will I need to enter my payment account details every time?

A: No, you have the option to enroll. This allows you to save one or more payment accounts.

Q: How do I make a payment without enrolling?

A: From the homepage, beneath the PruittHealth logo, begin by clicking on the Pay Now tab.  Enter the account number and resident’s last name, and then click the green "Pay Now" box. Continue through the prompts, entering the requested information.

Q: How do I enroll?

A: From the homepage, at the light-blue box in the lower right, begin by clicking the "Enroll" button. Continue through the prompts to the final page of "Account Setup" and click on the green "Finish Enrollment" button. You will receive an email to activate your enrolled account.

Q: Why can’t I locate my account balance?

A: The box labeled "Account Number" requires you to enter the Facility ID from your Resident Statement, followed by a hyphen and the full account number. 

Q: How do I cancel this payment service?
A: You will need to contact us to cancel. Please click the “Contact Us” tab at the top of this page and select the "Patient Billing" category when completing the form.
